Exchange:
Mard By Abu Sandeep does not have a
no questions asked exchange policy. We
might request you to share an image of
your products for your order to qualify
as an exchange:

You must raise a request by emailing
us on

within 24 hours of receipt of your
order

Product packaging, labels & tags
must not be tampered with
-
Product must be in perfect
condition
-
Exchanges will be processed only once
the product has been received in our
warehouse and has been checked for
quality with all tags and labels in
place and undamaged.

Refunds will only be processed for
damaged or defective products in the
form of store credit. In case of order
cancellations by us, a refund will be
processed back to the same payment
method via the payment gateway. The
timeline for same would be 2-4
weeks.

Once you have requested an exchange,
the product will be collected within 7
working days. Make sure the item is
packed securely to prevent any damage
during transit

Cancellations for Orders within
India:
-
The whole order amount will be
refunded if the order is cancelled by
us, lost or undelivered to your
preferred location due to reasons
beyond our control. We do not accept
cancellations once the order is
placed.
Mard By Abu Sandeep reserves the
right to cancel any order without any
explanation for doing so, under the
circumstances where the requirement
could not be met. The company will
ensure that any communication of
cancellation of an order or any
applicable refund will be made in a
reasonable time.

Cancellation for Orders outside of
India:
Cancellation Request for an order
should be submitted within 24 hours of
placing an order. After that no such
request will be entertained. Sign into
your account and find your order listed.
Then, click “Cancel” or write to us at
[email protected] with your name,
email, phone number, confirmation
number, order number and a reason for
the cancellation

Refund Policy:
Mard By Abu Sandeep does not have a
no questions asked refund policy. We
might request you to share an image of
your products for your order to qualify
as a refund. We would be happy to offer
a Store Credit or an exchange and only
for an exceptional case would we do a
refund:

Return Window: Items must be
physically returned within 7 days of
receipt and the written return request
submitted be made within 24 hours of
order delivery on

An item bought online cannot, under
any circumstances, be
returned/exchanged at our retail
points of sale.

Condition of Return: Items must be
returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged,
with all original tags attached, and
in their original packaging.
COD Returns:

Returns for COD orders will be
processed in the form of online store
credit or an exchange.
